Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Nurse (MS) position in Neenah, Wisconsin. The role involves providing care on a 5th Floor Medical/Surgical unit with an emphasis on COVID-19 patient management, pre-post catheterization, pacemaker care, and TR Bands. This position requires working 12-hour night shifts during weekends or every other weekend, with potential float within the facility within a 60-mile radius.

Job Details:

• Location: Neenah, WI
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin RN License, American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification, at least 3+ years experience as an RN, 1 travel contract completed, EPIC charting experience within the last year, Associate Degree or Certificate
• Preferred Qualifications: Resilient and adaptable candidates, experience with pediatric patients (rare), experience with Pre-post Cath & post pacemaker & TR Bands, familiarity with COVID-19 patient care
• Shift Requirements: 12-hour night shifts, weekend or every other weekend rotation, holiday coverage as needed
• Float: Float rotation may be required within the facility and to all ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius
• Additional Information: The position involves working with a patient ratio of approximately 1:5-6, working alongside support staff such as LPNs or CNAs based on acuity. The assignment starts on 08/03/2026 and is contracted for 13 weeks.
• Submission Notes: Candidates should possess resilience, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage change effectively. No on-call or callback requirements are part of this role.
