Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position involves providing high-level critical care to surgical, trauma, and transplant patients in a 34-bed Surgical and Trauma ICU. The role requires versatility in floating to other ICU and Stepdown units, with a focus on patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend required.
• Required Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of RN experience in ICU settings, EPIC electronic medical record/charting experience, 1 year of travel nursing experience, and at least 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital within the last 5 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Surgical ICU or Trauma ICU experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other equivalent ICU and Stepdown units as needed.
• Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced critical care environment, with strong communication skills and adaptability to fluctuating patient acuity levels.
