Job Details

• Position Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. The incumbent utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and clinical skills to deliver appropriate care across diverse patient populations.
• Schedule: Nights shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure for the current state. BLS certification is required. At least one year of experience as an RN in an acute care setting within the past 12 months is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Additional relevant education or professional certification is also advantageous.
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care on the medical-surgical floor, with responsibilities including patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and documentation. Candidates must be prepared to work night shifts and meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility and lifting requirements, while adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
