Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) in the clinic specialty located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. This position involves providing patient care within a fast-paced cardiology clinic, supporting diverse adult patient diagnoses including congestive heart failure, chest pain, pre- and post-Cath Lab procedures, post-coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacements, pulmonary hypertension, peripheral artery disease, and electrophysiology patients. The role emphasizes patient education, order entry, and clinical support for multidisciplinary team members.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 0800-1700 with rotating half-day off each week. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic settings, ICU/CCU, Cath Lab, or cardiac step-down. Experience with adult cardiac patient care and clinic procedures is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Comfortable with patient education, patient triage via phone, and placement of Holter and event monitors (education provided if no experience). Ability to adapt from acute care to clinic environment.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Up to two weeks of orientation based on skill set and comfort level. Scrub color should be solid, professional, with no graphics, logos, or designs. Parking is provided free of charge. The facility is on-site with an integrated hospital, supporting a team including cardiologists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, with advanced technology such as EPIC electronic medical records, EKG machines, monitors, and infusion pumps.
