Description
Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) professional position is located in Auburn, Washington. This role involves providing specialized clinical care within a cardiac catheterization environment. The position requires a dedicated healthcare professional to support IR (Interventional Radiology) and cardiac catheterization procedures, adhering to facility standards and patient care protocols.
Job Details:
- Shift: Days shift, 10 hours daily.
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Experience with sedation, previous catheterization lab (cath lab) procedures, balloon pumps, and telemetry is mandatory. Additional interventional radiology (IR) experience is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry competencies and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Epic.
- Additional Information: The candidate should be prepared to float to other units such as Good Sam or Tacoma General hospitals if needed. Call shifts include one night per week and one weekend per month. The position considers first-time travel professionals.
