Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse position available in Hickory, North Carolina. This role involves providing critical nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong patient experience skills, critical care thinking, and stamina to handle a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Evenings, 12-hour shifts
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, with weekend hours rotating every other week
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 2 years of experience, certifications in ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and NIHSS, and relevant experience in emergency services
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced emergency department, particularly with stroke, STEMI, and trauma cases
• Additional Information:
  • Unit includes a 32-bed emergency department with critical care equipment
  • Patient ratios are approximately 1-4 or 1-5
  • Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care to birth to death population in a trauma level non-designated area receiving all traumas
  • Must adhere to scrubs dress code with any color and avoid unacceptable attire such as hoodies or inappropriate T-shirts
