Job Summary
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) Nurse in Temple, TX. This role involves providing specialized perioperative care for cardiac surgery patients, including open heart and vascular procedures. The RN will coordinate patient care within the operating room environment, adhering to facility standards and ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 2 years of OR-CV/Thor experience, proficiency in open heart, open vascular, and endovascular procedures, certification in BLS.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in cardiac surgery, additional certifications in thoracic or vascular specialties.
• Float: Float rotation may be required if called in.
• Additional Information: The position requires flexibility to respond to emergent cases and may involve on-call duties. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, specialized cardiac surgical environment and support patient care throughout perioperative stages.
