Description
Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) in Atlanta, GA. This position involves supporting scheduled cardiac cases, with potential to float between multiple campuses. Candidates will typically be notified of assignments one day in advance, and on-call responsibilities are limited to booked locations. The role may also include working 10-hour shifts for up to a 26-week assignment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Nursing license, Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent, at least 1 year of clinical experience in operating room or open heart surgery settings, ability to work in Atlanta, Georgia
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CVOR procedures, familiarity with hospital protocols for cardiac surgeries, certification in perioperative nursing or cardiovascular nursing
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position requires flexibility to support scheduled cases across multiple campuses. Candidates should be prepared to support on-call duties at the booked location. This is a clinical role focused on assisting with cardiac surgical procedures, requiring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
