Description
Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Telemetry (TELE) to join the healthcare team at a facility located in Atlanta, Georgia. The position involves caring for acute care patients within a holding area in the emergency department. The nurse must have experience in the specialty within the past three years and hold a Georgia or compact license. The role is scheduled for daytime shifts.

- Required Qualifications: Valid Georgia or compact license; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification; at least 18 months of recent experience in telemetry within the past three years; experience caring for acute care patients in an emergency department holding area.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency department settings and familiarity with acute care protocols.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for managing acute care patients in a holding area within the emergency department, following standard procedures and protocols. The candidate must meet all certification and experience criteria to be considered.
