Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) in Newberg, Oregon. This role involves float assignments across units, requiring versatility in managing adult and geriatric patient populations. The RN will perform clinical duties including telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and patient care in a short-term acute care setting. The position is scheduled for day shifts starting on 08/17/2026.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, current ACLS and BLS certifications, valid RN license, proficiency in Epic charting system, experience with adult and geriatric patient care, ability to float between units, and recent clinical experience within the last 3 years
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous telemetry experience, familiarity with community hospital settings, and additional certifications are advantageous
• Float: Float rotation may be required between units based on hospital needs
• Additional Information: The RN must be trained in telemetry and medication administration, with the ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage cardiac monitors. Candidates should have reliable transportation and be prepared to work three of the five major holidays, with all scheduling requests to be submitted during application. Prior experience working at a healthcare facility in a similar setting is preferred.
