Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position located in Portland, Oregon. This role involves providing patient care in a short-term acute care setting, with a focus on adult and geriatric populations. The position offers a day shift schedule with an emphasis on float coverage across multiple units as needed.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience, oncology, cardiac, or similar specialized unit experience, and current BLS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units, proficiency with Epic charting system.
• Float: Float rotation may be required across different units within the facility.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have a vehicle for this assignment. Applicants should be prepared to work a schedule that includes holidays, with prior scheduling requests to be made upfront. Travel between sister facilities or units may be expected, and refusal to float may result in contract termination. Candidates must provide two references covering one year within the last three years and confirm prior experience at a healthcare provider facility if applicable.
