Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse Clovis, New Mexico. This position involves providing direct patient care within a high-volume ED environment. The successful candidate will utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered care, collaborating with the healthcare team and supervising clinical staff as needed. A focus on rapid assessment and treatment in a fast-paced setting is essential.

Job Details:

• Location: Clovis, New Mexico
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold a State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. A minimum of two years current experience in a large emergency department is required. Candidates must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Selected candidates must pass a Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (BCA) test, administered on-site, prior to start. Floating between departments or locations within 20 miles is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic electronic medical record experience is preferred but can be trained on-site.
• Additional Information: The role includes clinical supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff and involves patient education, medication administration, and adherence to protocols. Candidates should be team players, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
