Job Summary:
The healthcare professional opportunity is located in Gallatin, Tennessee. This position involves providing care in a medical-surgical unit within a healthcare facility that serves adult and geriatric patient populations. The role requires delivering high-quality nursing care consistent with facility standards and patient needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure and certification to work as an RN in Tennessee, with a minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Surgical nursing. Certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NIH.
• Preferred Qualifications: Over 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other Medical Surgical units as needed.
• Additional Information: The position is based in a 167-bed healthcare facility with a Level III Trauma Center designation. The unit accommodates adult and geriatric patients with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. Orientation is provided weekly on Mondays, and the facility adheres to infection control and safety protocols.
