Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurses are sought for night shift positions in a healthcare facility located in Shiloh, Illinois. The role involves providing direct patient care to acutely ill adults and geriatrics, with an emphasis on cardiac telemetry monitoring and medication management. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians with a minimum of one year of experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, Friday through Sunday on a block schedule.
• Required Qualifications: Valid license in Illinois, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. A minimum of 1 year of experience in medical-surgical or cardiac telemetry nursing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV medication administration, and telemetry monitoring.
• Float: Float to medical-surgical units within scope to meet facility needs; floating within service line between different units may be required.
• Additional Information: Clinicians should be comfortable managing cardiac drips, Vasoactive infusions, and using the EPIC charting system. This position involves caring for acutely ill adult and geriatric patients, including those transitioning from intensive care and requiring telemetry monitoring.
