Job Summary:

The facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) in Augusta, Georgia. This role involves providing direct patient care within a fast-paced clinical environment, focusing on patient stabilization and recovery. The position requires adherence to clinical protocols and effective collaboration with healthcare teams to support patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi-state compact license; all required certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and pass dysrhythmia test; at least 1 year of ICU experience, with skills in hemodynamic monitoring, vasopressor management, ventilator knowledge, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT); ability to read, write, and speak English; strong computer skills; excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills; ability to respond decisively in emergencies
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with direct patient care in an ICU environment; additional certifications or training in critical care
