Job Summary


Operating Room Nurse in Casper, Wyoming. Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wyoming; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months; experience in operating room nursing preferred.
  
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN); professional certification related to perioperative nursing; additional education or experience in surgical nursing.
  
• Additional Information: Responsible for preoperative assessments, intraoperative patient care, and postoperative evaluations. Implements care plans based on physician orders and organizational policies, documenting all interventions and patient responses accurately. Participates in team-based surgical procedures, maintains sterile techniques, and ensures patient safety throughout the surgical continuum.
