Description

Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a Clinic (No Specific Specialty) professional for a position in San Francisco, California. This role involves providing clinical care within an outpatient or ambulatory setting, following established policies and procedures under supervision. The position is suitable for candidates with minimal experience who are looking to advance their clinical skills.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: California RN license, BSN degree, 1-2 years of ambulatory clinic experience, BLS certification, Chemo (Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation/ONS/ONCC) certification, and valid certifications in Adult and Pediatrics care, Basic Life Support, and Chemotherapy.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Chemo certification (ONS/ONCC), pediatric experience (including Pediatric Nursing Certification), and familiarity with Epic charting system.
  • Additional Information:
    • Previous charge nurse experience is preferred but not required.
    • The position requires working with diverse patient populations including adolescents, infants, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
    • Candidates must have references from recent employers and be willing to start on the scheduled date of 08/10/2026.
    • Orientation hours are 40 hours, and travel may be permitted but generally not on the same unit for couples. Resources may be reassigned within a 75-mile radius during the assignment.
    • All candidates must demonstrate proficiency in a variety of clinical skills including medication administration, laboratory specimen handling, patient education, and emergency procedures, with experience utilizing Epic electronic charting.
