Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse for an LTAC Oncology unit specializing in chemotherapy and diagnosis management. This position involves providing safe, individualized nursing care based on assessment and collaboration with the healthcare team. The role includes monitoring patient responses, administering medications, and maintaining detailed medical records, with a focus on patient safety and care quality.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nurse license or certification, professional resume, professional references, checklist/testing documentation, and ability to work in the specified location.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
