Job Summary:
Operating Room nurse in Salem, Oregon. This position involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care in a healthcare facility's operating department. The role requires collaboration with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and successful surgical outcomes.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in an operating room setting.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of operating room circulating and scrubbing experience.
  • Current or future Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Certified Operating Room Nurse (CNOR) credential, preferred.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, preferred.
  • Skills in pre-op area and IV starts, preferred.
