Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an Operating Room Circulate (OR Circulate) professional for a facility located in Lehigh Acres, Florida. This role involves supporting surgical procedures within a busy operating department, assisting with patient care and surgical support activities. The position offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a dynamic environment that is expanding its service lines and upgrading equipment.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of circulating experience in the operative setting, including familiarity with general surgery, orthopedic, spine, and laparoscopic procedures. Experience with GI procedures is preferred, and candidates should be available for call within the staff rotation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with skills in robotic surgery (program starting soon), post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) or pre-op experience, bilingual abilities, and experience with GI procedures are highly valued.
• Additional Information: The facility is expanding its services and upgrading equipment, including upcoming acquisition of a DaVinci DV1 surgical robot. The current staff has extensive tenure, with some members exceeding 15 years. The organization emphasizes a friendly, hardworking, team-oriented, and flexible personality for ideal candidates. Traveler scheduling will follow facility policies, including work every other weekend and holidays in rotation.
