Job Summary:
The Operating Room Open Heart Surgical Technician position is located in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. This role involves supporting surgical teams during open heart procedures within the perioperative environment. Candidates will be responsible for assisting with surgical instrumentation and ensuring optimal operative flow, primarily during night shifts.

Job Details:

• Position: Surgical Technician specializing in Operating Room open heart procedures
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technician (NCCT or NBSTSA), Basic Life Support (BLS), at least 2 years of clinical experience in a surgical setting, and valid certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in open heart surgery and familiarity with advanced perioperative techniques
• Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Candidate must be available to start on 08/17/2026.
