Job Details
- Position Description: This position is to replace a traveler contract that was previously ending. The role involves supporting virtual nursing staff and contributing to patient care within the ICU setting.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Driver's License or State ID; ICU specialization; 1 year of experience; applicable licensure.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Support for virtual nursing operations reduces staffing needs by approximately 2.7 full-time equivalents (FTEs). The unit has a vacancy rate of 35.7%. The role requires compliance with all standard clinical protocols and safety procedures.
