Job Summary:
Endoscopy Lab Specialist - Arlington, TX. This position involves providing critical support within the endoscopy laboratory, including circulating and taking call responsibilities. The role requires flexibility to handle intra-operative cases and respond effectively to on-call demands, primarily during weekday evenings and weekends. The candidate should demonstrate accountability, leadership, and a positive attitude to excel in this dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have at least 1 year of endoscopy experience, be able to circulate and handle intra-operative cases, and possess valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, PEG, BRONCH, or EBUS is preferred
• Float: Not applicable
• Additional Information: This role involves on-call duties during weekdays starting at 3:15 PM and a 24-hour call on weekends, approximately 15 days per month, including holiday coverage as needed. The unit contains 2 beds and 6 staff members, including a charge nurse and RNs. Equipment used includes electronic medical record systems (Meditech). The environment demands accountability, leadership, and flexibility from the candidate.
