Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position located in Palm Springs, California. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to patients on a per-shift basis within a hospital setting. The nurse will supervise clinical staff, support quality and safety standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: California Registered Nurse (RN) license, ability to work in the United States, zero years of experience required, and pertinent clinical training or certifications as applicable
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar setting is advantageous
• Additional Information: The emergency department has 29 beds with a patient ratio of 1:4, and uses solid color scrubs. Employees are responsible for clocking in and out. The facility has a dedicated HR department located within the hospital, and employee parking is available in the designated lot. The shift requires working within a hospital environment, providing essential patient care, and supporting high standards of clinical operations.
