Pediatric Psychiatry Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a pediatric and adolescent psychiatric facility in Hampstead, New Hampshire. The position involves providing specialized nursing care to pediatric patients, including medication administration and treatment planning, under the supervision of the Nurse Manager. The assignment is scheduled to start on September 14, 2026, and involves working night shifts.

Job Details:

• Location: Hampstead, New Hampshire
• Schedule: Night shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Valid NH or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
  • Prior pediatric psych experience
  • Phlebotomy experience and willingness to perform blood draws on pediatric and adolescent patients
  • Ability to perform general or specialized nursing duties under supervision, including medication administration, treatment planning, and patient care
  • Experience: 0 years minimum required
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working specifically with pediatric and adolescent mental health populations
• Additional Information:
  • This is a pediatric/adolescent psychiatric setting. Candidates must be aware of and willing to work with this patient population.
  • Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process in patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
