Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a healthcare organization located in Arlington, Texas. This position involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting. The role is ideal for experienced nurses seeking a dynamic and challenging environment with a focus on patient outcomes and safety.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Active RN license in Texas, at least 2 years of hospital experience in ICU, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech documentation system, CCRN certification preferred
Float: Float rotation may be required
Additional Information: Provide bedside procedures such as central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, and intubations. Dress code includes royal blue scrubs; strict adherence to hygiene and appearance policies is required. Candidate must demonstrate excellent clinical skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
