Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position at a healthcare facility in Alma, Georgia. This role involves providing specialized obstetric, postpartum, and neonatal care in a Labor and Delivery department. The RN will join a dynamic team to deliver quality patient-centered care during night shifts, with a focus on safety and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with a rotating schedule of four days one week and three days the next. Shift hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, completion of Nursing program with certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and at least 0 years of experience in Labor and Delivery. Education requirements include a current RN license applicable in Georgia.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic medical record system and familiarity with obstetric and neonatal care standards.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for managing obstetric patients, assisting with deliveries, monitoring fetal and maternal vital signs, and providing postpartum care. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
