Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician in a healthcare facility located in San Rafael, California. Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid license and certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS); 1 year of experience as a surgical technician or in a related operating room role; located in California or willing to relocate; flexible to work evenings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with skills-based hiring processes; familiarity with facility-specific standards and protocols.
• Additional Information: The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in assisting with surgical procedures, maintaining sterile techniques, and supporting the surgical team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow facility SOPs is essential.
