Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This position involves providing care for mothers and newborns during labor, postpartum, and neonatal stabilization. The role requires working both labor and postpartum units, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (American Heart Association), Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications; 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery; Wisconsin licensure or ability to submit license; and good standing in the clinical practice.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neonatal resuscitation and NRP; comfort in neonatal and labor patient care, including postpartum and couplet care; familiarity with electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) systems.
• Float: Potential to float to other units as a sitter if needed would be in same rotation as staff nurses.
• Additional Information: Clinicians must clock in and out at designated labor and postpartum areas; self-scheduling available; online training and on-unit orientation provided; scrubs provided; potential to work weekends and scheduled holidays; no in-house neonatal or anesthesia coverage 24/7.
