Description
Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in Fort Bragg, California. This position involves delivering coordinated nursing care to critically ill patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. The role includes supervising and directing nursing staff activities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing patient education in a supportive and healing environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 08/03/2026
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience preferred; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred; Critical care experience preferred
- Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient health data, analyzes assessment data for diagnosis and care planning, develops and implements care plans, evaluates patient progress, collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team, provides patient education, participates in discharge planning, delegates duties appropriately, and performs other related duties as assigned.
