Job Summary:
Long Term Care (LTC) Nursing in Mandan, North Dakota. This position involves providing individualized nursing care in a post-acute setting. The Clinical Care Leader (CCL) will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care while collaborating with inter-professional team members. The role requires leadership, documentation expertise, and certified competency to serve residents effectively.

Job Details:

• Location: Mandan, ND 58554
• Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; valid nursing license in the state of North Dakota; minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; BLS Certification; must submit license; no specific educational degree requirement listed; no experience requirement specified beyond the 2 years; location must be in North Dakota.
• Preferred Qualifications: Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process experience is preferred but not required.
• Shift Details: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; on-call coverage every 5th weekend; holiday and weekend rotation.
• Additional Information:
  • Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 40
  • The position entails utilizing technology such as Point Click Care (PCC) for charting.
  • No on-call or callback charges will be billed; a $500 fee applies if the clinician backs out with less than 14 days' notice.
  • The clinical role includes documentation of resident history, medication, and care in compliance with standards and regulations.
