Job Summary:
Operating Room Specialist in Round Rock, Texas. This role involves providing specialized support within a busy surgical unit, assisting with a variety of surgical procedures, and ensuring compliance with operating room standards. Job Details:

• Location: Round Rock, TX
• Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift
• Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have basic surgical experience of more than one year, including knowledge of general surgery, orthopedic, neuro surgery, and CVOR cases such as adult open heart, endovascular, and hybrid procedures. For CVOR positions, a minimum of two years of CVOR experience is required, including familiarity with open and endovascular surgeries like Triple A repairs and TAVR.
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma experience, vascular surgery experience, and the ability to assist with cases such as fistula creation and endarterectomy are considered advantageous.
• Additional Information: The ideal candidate should be adaptable to working across different operating rooms and case types, willing to assist in training new graduate staff, and maintain proper attire with light blue scrubs provided. The unit features state-of-the-art equipment, including robotic surgical systems and hybrid room technology.
