Description
Job Summary:
Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse in Saint Petersburg, Florida. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care facility, utilizing critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership skills to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality care during night shifts, maintaining clinical competencies, and supervising assigned personnel.
Job Details:
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
- Schedule: Night shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or multi-state compact RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association), vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines, preferred wound care experience, and a minimum of 0 years of experience
- Additional Information: Must follow facility-specific notes and use the designated submission template to be considered for the role. Candidates are expected to demonstrate expertise in ventilator and tracheostomy care, along with a commitment to continuing education and leadership in a long-term acute care setting.
