Operating Room Surgery Center Nurse (RN) Lodi, CA. This outpatient procedure unit RN position involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in a perioperative, post-anesthesia recovery, or endoscopy setting. The role requires supervising and directing nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring safe, quality patient care throughout the surgical process.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; no minimum years of experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); experience in an acute care facility, perioperative, PACU, or endoscopy nurse experience
- Additional Information: The RN will participate in patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities include collaborative discharge planning, delegation of duties, patient education, and maintaining a safe environment.
