Job Summary:
Telemetry (TEL) in Simi Valley, California. This position involves delivering advanced nursing care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring. The role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate care in a suburban environment near the Pacific Ocean.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor, at least 3 years of nursing experience, and EPIC electronic health record system experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN), experience in an acute care facility, and telemetry certification (if applicable).
• Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment information, develops and implements care plans, evaluates patient outcomes, collaborates with the healthcare team, provides patient and family education, participates in discharge planning, delegates tasks appropriately, and performs other duties as assigned.
• Additional Information: Transportation and punctuality are essential to meet shift commitments and patient care needs.
