Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse specializing in cardiac cath lab procedures, available in Gainesville, Florida. This role involves providing specialized nursing care within the cardiac catheterization lab, supporting procedures such as device implants, cardiac ablations, and watchman procedures. The position emphasizes experience with cardiovascular interventions and team collaboration in a high-quality medical environment.

Job Details:

Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL)
Location: Gainesville, Florida
Start Date: 09/07/2026
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certifications including Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Radiologic Technologist (RT)(CV), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS); relevant education or experience in cardiac procedures; at least 1 year of clinical experience in the cardiac catheterization lab or equivalent field.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with device implants and cardiac ablations, SVT, Afib procedures.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The cardiac cath lab within this facility performs device implants, cardiac ablations, Watchman Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO) procedures, and other cardiovascular interventions. A supportive environment with advanced equipment such as GE Innova X-ray systems, Merge, and GE MacLab Hemodynamic System, is available. The team values experienced staff and offers a schedule that includes no call and no weekends. The unit adheres to hospital-specific policies and strives to provide excellent patient care through skilled staffing and modern technology.
