Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse for a night shift position at a facility located in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The role involves floating to medical-surgical units and inpatient rehabilitation as needed. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with the chance to care for COVID-19 patients and participate in a flexible schedule.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS certification, Pennsylvania or Compact nursing license, EPIC electronic health record experience, minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, and at least 0 years of experience in the specialty.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for COVID patients.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to medical-surgical units, telemetry units, and rehab as needed.
• Additional Information:
  • The candidate will undergo clinical screening before final approval.
  • Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and as needed.
  • The organization requires the COVID-19 vaccine and the flu vaccine, with acceptable medical or religious exemptions.
  • RTO (Reasonable Time Off) requests are limited to a maximum of 7 days.
  • Local candidates within 50 miles will be prioritized and offered at a lower benefit rate.
