Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH) healthcare professional for a rotating day/night shift position located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves working in a fast-paced, highly acute 18-bed adult critical care unit specializing in cardiovascular diseases. The position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, research-based care within a multidisciplinary team environment, ensuring positive patient outcomes and experience.
Job Details:
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts
- Schedule: Rotating day/night shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid certification(s), relevant education or degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiovascular intensive care unit. At least 1 year of traveler experience is also required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a highly acute cardiac surgical intensive care setting is preferred.
- Additional Information: The unit is a fast-paced, highly acute adult critical care setting with a focus on cardiovascular diseases. The team is interdisciplinary, emphasizing high-quality, innovative, and research-based practices to ensure optimal patient care and experience.
