Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) specializing in Operating Room (First Assistant) within the Michigan region. This role involves working directly with surgeons in the operating room to manage patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. The position is based in a healthcare facility where the RNFA will contribute to ensuring efficient and safe surgeries through tissue handling, bleeding control, and wound closure.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association) certification, Michigan state license, 2 years of RNFA experience, and relevant educational background
- Additional Information: This position requires the candidate to have a minimum of two years of RNFA experience. No on-call or weekend responsibilities are included in the schedule. The facility provides a supportive environment for perioperative nursing professionals.
