Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (Med Surg) at a healthcare organization located in Winchester, Tennessee. Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification and licensure to work as an RN in Tennessee, MedSurg experience of at least 2 years, and BLS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with common diagnoses and treatments relevant to Med Surg.
• Schedule: Orientation on Mondays; shift details are days and 12 hours per shift.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The facility has a capacity of 44 beds and offers comprehensive medical-surgical inpatient services. The staffing pattern serves all age groups, with a patient ratio of 1:6. The position is a replacement for permanent staff, with an available start date of 08/24/2026.
