Description
Job Summary:
A Surgical Technician (Operating Room Technician) position is available in the Rhode Island area. This temporary assignment involves supporting perioperative services with responsibilities that include floating to appropriate units as needed. The role requires experience with DaVinci robotic systems and C-Sections. The assignment is expected to last for 13 weeks, with a schedule of five days per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including on-call duties after hours and on weekends.
Job Details:
- Location: 115 CASS AVE., WOONSOCKET, RI 02895
- Shift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Required Qualifications: Valid certification as a Surgical Technician, with experience on DaVinci robotic systems and in performing C-Sections. Suitable candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Schedule: Shifts Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM. On-call requirements include 23 weekdays from 3:30 PM to 7:30 AM, and 48 hours every 23 weekends, from 7:30 AM Saturday to 7:30 AM Monday. Candidates must be able to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes of being called.
- Additional Information: Must be able to float to appropriate units as needed.
