Job Summary:
Pediatric Floor Nurse in New York. This role involves providing comprehensive care to pediatric patients on the designated pediatric unit. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, supporting patient needs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 7.5 hours per shift, minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, applicable certifications (such as BLS and PALS), educational requirements (such as RN degree), current work authorization in the location, and at least 0 years of experience in pediatric nursing or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric care experience, additional certifications such as ENPC or NIHSS is a plus.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role involves providing direct patient care, implementing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Candidates should be prepared to adhere to hospital policies and protocols, including SOPs and safety standards.
