Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position available in Centralia, Washington. This role involves providing urgent and critical care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will deliver high-quality care while adhering to facility protocols and safety standards.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid local or compact license in Washington, at least 2 years of ER experience seeing a minimum of 100 patients daily, and skilled in managing a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. Certifications needed include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and TNCC.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic charting system, community hospital setting, and trauma experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required within scope to meet facility needs.
• Additional Information: The position requires working in a 24-bed ER with a daily census of approximately 95 patients. Candidates should be accustomed to high patient volumes and experienced in pediatric and adult emergency care.
