Job Summary
Telemetry Nurse, Marshfield, WI This acute care telemetry position involves providing specialized patient care for adult patients with cardiac and other monitoring needs. The role includes managing patients with complex medical conditions, titrating drips, and utilizing electronic health record systems within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA); at least 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience; Wisconsin nursing license; ability to work in the United States; live within 80 miles of the facility; have worked for Marshfield within the past 6 months, with end date at least 6 months prior to submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IVs, drains, ostomies, wound vacs, NG tubes, Foley catheters, electronic health record systems, and intermediate care background.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to other med/surg units if overstaffed.
• Additional Information: Orientation includes 12 hours of computer training and 12 hours shadowing. No call or standby required. EOW (every other week) schedule. EOH (every other holiday). Medicaid staffing involving cross-unit responsibilities may be involved.
