Job Summary:

Telemetry Nurse in Michigan This acute care position involves providing specialized care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The role requires flexibility with scheduled shifts and a strong ability to handle a diverse patient population with varying medical diagnoses.

Job Details:

• Location: IRON MOUNTAIN, MI, 49801
• Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with a minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association); minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry (Acute Care) setting; licensed to submit in the state of Michigan; location within 80 miles of the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry monitoring, critical access or Trauma Level 3 or 4 experience, basic tele arrhythmia knowledge; comfortable reading strips and managing cardiac rhythms
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be able to float to similar units and patient types. Orientation includes computer education on day 1, shadowing on day 2, and independent work on day 3. Clinicians who previously worked for the organization must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission. All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility.
