Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Denver, Colorado. This role involves providing patient care in a LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) and telemetry setting, utilizing critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills. The RN will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective care delivery according to facility policies, state Nurse Practice Act, and professional standards.
Job Details
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Colorado RN license, ACLS (American Heart Association) certification, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines, and preferred wound care experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience. Candidates should attach their certifications, license, SSN and DOB, RTR, and Vendor submittal packet. The position is created to fill a vacant role with 10 positions available, starting on 08/10/2026.
