Description

Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Phoenix, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the emergency setting. The RN will utilize specialized knowledge, clinical judgment, and nursing skills to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, compliance with policies, and effective collaboration with the healthcare team.

Job Details:

  • Shift Time: Nights
  • Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice or equivalent, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months, and relevant clinical skills for emergency nursing.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing and professional certification related to emergency nursing.
  • Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive emergency nursing care, including assessment, documentation, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and patient education. They will be expected to participate in quality improvement activities and promote excellent patient outcomes. The role may involve supervising staff and coordinating workflow in the department, adhering to all regulatory and safety standards.
