Job Summary
Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) Fond du Lac, WI. This position involves providing patient care in a medical-surgical unit within the healthcare organization. The RN will work 12-hour night shifts, delivering compassionate and cohesive care through an integrated care model, with opportunities to float to different facilities within the organization's network as needed.

Job Details

• Position Description: Medical Surgical RN working 12-hour night shifts, with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week, scheduled from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin RN license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications; Associate Degree or Certificate; 2+ years of Medical Surgical Nursing experience; minimum of 1 completed travel contract; located within 50 miles of the healthcare provider; no specific minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Point of Care Testing, Epic charting (within last year).
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, guaranteed 36 hours weekly, with up to every other weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.
• Additional Information: The role requires float to the Emergency Department and other facilities within a 60-mile radius, assisting with various clinical needs. All team members will undergo training on Warming Kitchen protocols to enhance patient experience.
