Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular in Glendale, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The RN will provide specialized care for patients in the ICU setting, utilizing clinical judgment and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice; BLS certification; 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience in the ICU area, with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; professional certification in critical care or related specialty.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include supervising ancillary staff, educating patients and families, documenting care activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates must demonstrate clinical competency and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
