Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Glendale, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for critically ill patients. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in Arizona, or a compact RN license for the state of practice. BLS certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months managing ICU patients is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Professional certification in ICU nursing is a plus.
• Additional Information: The role requires the ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities frequently. Candidates should have adequate hearing, visual acuity, and fine motor skills. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and respond quickly to patient needs. Proper body mechanics and adherence to safety precautions are essential. Clinical performance competencies will be validated annually. The position involves interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members, and may include supervision of other staff.
